On receipt of the completed registration form, Horse Dental Equipment (HDE) will send you a quote with a PayPal payment link. Course booking is confirmed by payment of 100% of the registration fee (one-off payment) on a first-come, first-served basis.
HDE reserves the right to cancel the course up to 30 days prior to the course date if the minimum number of registrations is not reached. In this case, your registration fee will be refunded. Transport and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
If the course is cancelled due to force majeure less than 30 days prior to the course, your registration fee will be refunded. Transport and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
If the participant wishes to cancel his/her registration:
- If cancellation occurs up to 3 months prior to the course date, HDE will refund 100% of the registration fee to the participant concerned.
- If cancellation occurs between 3 months and 30 days prior to the course date, HDE will refund 50% of the registration fee to the participant concerned.
- If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the course date, HDE will not refund the registration fee to the participant concerned.
